Adrienne Asterita is really excited to reprise the role of Donna/Ms. Sternwipe in the new production of My Perfect Pet the Musical! She has been working with the lyricist/composer/producer Jeff Eisenberg in his original children's music group Junior Jam since 2008, where these songs were first performed. She then played the role in the staged reading at NYMF in 2012, as well as several workshop readings along the way. Adrienne has also performed in Regional & Summer Stock Theatre, and in New York City at The La Mama ETC, The 13th St. Repertory Theatre, Astoria Performing Arts Center, The Duplex, and various Off-Off Broadway spaces. She also loves working in the studio and has recorded two children’s albums including Wake Up! with Junior Jam, and the original workshop recording of Urinetown (Little Sally). Adrienne currently works as a freelance vocalist as a demo singer, and a lead singer for live cover and original bands, as well as solo performances. Adrienne also has experience teaching and working with children of all ages, with a focus on theatre and musical theatre related classes, and as an acting and vocal coach. She currently works with NJPAC & The Paper Mill Playhouse in NJ, and is the Director of the Musical Theatre Workshop camp at Summers at LREI in Manhattan. Adrienne has a BFA from The Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied at the Playwrights Horizons Theatre School. Taylor Rhoades (Cailin) is a junior at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. With over twenty productions under her belt, some of Taylor’s favorite rolls include Katherine/Lilli Vanessi in Kiss me Kate, Morticia Addams in Adams Family, Crystal in Little Shop of Horrors, Marty in Grease, Lady Bracknell in The Importance of Being Earnest, Sharpay in High School Musical, Queen Aggravain in Once Upon a Mattress, Margareth in Woyzeck, and Aldonza in Man of la Mancha. During her summers, she choreographs and performs with Paraphrase Productions in Carmel, California. She would like to thank her loving family, friends, and mentors for giving her their support, encouragement, and wisdom throughout her journey.
Clint Carter (Ethan/Mr. O) is thrilled and proud to be apart of My Perfect Pet. His most recent credit was at The Cell Theatre playing General Custer in How the Weston’s Won. Off Broadway and NYC credits include Iron Curtain (Prospect Theater Company), The Legend of Julie Taymor (Fringe NYC), and I Can Has Cheezburger (Fringe NYC). Regional credits include Johnny Guitar and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Seven Angels Theatre) and Songs From an Unmade Bed (The Gatherwool). Clint received a BFA in musical theatre from Otterbein University. Favorite credits at Otterbein were The Music Man (Harold Hill) and The Mystery of Edwin Drood (The Chairman). McKennah Rabel (Amy) could not be more excited to be a part of My Perfect Pet! She is currently a junior at NYU’s TIsch School of the Arts, where she studies drama through the Strasberg studio. Recent credits include Billy Boy Bill in LSTFI’s production of Urinetown, Ariel in Footloose, and Rumpleteazer in Cats.
